Effective Negotiation Techniques: Negotiating Across Cultures

 

 

 

Whether it’s contractual, project-related, or personal, this session enables participants to become effective negotiators, especially when multiple cultures are involved.

  4. Learning exercise. (40 minutes)

Logistics:
1 flip chart and a marker. Room arranged such that the audience can be grouped into four teams (at least two people/team). Ideally, there would be 3-10 per team. Once we pass about 12/team, I’d plan to put 6-8/team and fishbowl the rest.

 

 

 

 

 

Chuck Hinkle has been formally evaluating and coaching speakers for thirty years. He joined Toastmasters in 1982 and has started seven clubs, been a president of three clubs, and was the Gulf Coast Division Governor. Chuck has been leading training seminars since 1983 at companies and organizations such as Shell Oil, Dow Chemical, The United Way, Women in Computing, and the City of Austin.
